Living & Dining
The main living room is designed for the everyday life of a large family. Two spacious sofas create a comfortable setting for conversation, relaxation and entertaining guests, while generous spacing between the furniture keeps the room open and easy to move through. Light walls, classical cornices and decorative panelling are balanced by dark herringbone parquet flooring.
This combination gives the interior a calm, refined character without making it feel formal or cold. The room is free from unnecessary decoration, and every element contributes to a sense of order and genuine comfort. A separate sitting room with a fireplace provides a more intimate atmosphere — a place to read, talk or enjoy a quiet evening with family.
The kitchen and dining room form a unified family area within the home. A large central island provides ample space for preparing meals, serving food and enjoying informal breakfasts. Integrated appliances, spacious cabinetry and extensive work surfaces make it easy to maintain order even when the kitchen is used regularly. The adjoining dining area features a large round table with enough room for family meals and gatherings with guests. Direct access to the terrace connects this part of the house with the garden, making it easy to move breakfasts, lunches and evening gatherings outdoors.
Terraces
The terraces, with a total area of 206 m², are divided into several independent zones, each designed for a different type of outdoor living. The main covered terrace is located directly beside the house and faces the swimming pool and garden. A large lounge arrangement provides a comfortable place for the whole family to relax, receive guests or spend the hottest part of the day in the shade. The roof and columns protect the area from direct sunlight while leaving it completely open towards the garden. Nearby, a separate dining terrace with a round table is suitable for breakfasts, family lunches and evening dinners outdoors. Its proximity to the indoor kitchen makes serving food convenient and avoids unnecessary movement between the house and garden.
Another covered terrace contains a more intimate seating area with armchairs and a small table. Separated from the main outdoor lounge, it is well suited to quiet conversation, reading or coffee with a smaller group. The upper terrace runs along the façade of the villa and overlooks the garden, swimming pool, palm trees and the sea in the distance. This is a more private part of the property, suitable for beginning the day outdoors, stepping directly outside from the bedroom or spending time away from the main leisure areas. Light stone flooring, classical railings and carefully maintained landscaping connect the terraces into one coherent architectural setting.
A large swimming pool occupies the central part of the garden, surrounded by an open sunbathing area, loungers and a well-maintained lawn. There is enough space around the pool for both quiet relaxation and active family time with children. At the far end of the garden stands a separate covered pavilion furnished with seating and an area for drinks and serving food. It allows residents and guests to remain by the pool without repeatedly returning to the house and is suitable for long lunches, gatherings with friends and relaxed evenings outdoors. Tall hedges, cypress trees and palms screen the garden from neighbouring properties and preserve the privacy of the entire outdoor area.
The villa has six bedrooms arranged across four levels of the house, all connected by an elevator. The rooms vary in size and character, allowing them to be used as main family bedrooms, children’s rooms or separate guest suites. The interiors share the materials used throughout the home: dark parquet flooring, light-coloured joinery, decorative wall panelling and calm natural tones. As a result, each bedroom has its own atmosphere while remaining part of the villa’s consistent architectural style.
The spacious principal bedrooms are designed for more than sleeping alone. In addition to a large bed, they offer enough room for an armchair, a desk or dressing table, and comfortable movement around the room. One bedroom features a generous built-in wardrobe with glass doors, drawers and dedicated sections for clothing. Other rooms also include work areas, providing a quiet place to read, use a computer or attend to personal matters without moving into the shared areas of the house. Warm bedside lighting and softly textured wall finishes create a calm atmosphere without unnecessary decoration.
Several bedrooms have direct access to a private terrace or balcony overlooking the garden, palm trees and the surrounding Sierra Blanca neighbourhood. In the morning, these outdoor spaces provide a place for coffee, fresh air and a quiet start to the day. Bedrooms facing the garden offer a greater sense of privacy and greenery, while others are particularly suitable for guests due to their independent layout and distance from the main family areas. Seven bathrooms and a separate guest WC allow a large family and visiting guests to use the house comfortably without relying on a single shared bathroom.

Swimming Pool
The large outdoor swimming pool occupies the centre of the garden and is aligned with the villa’s main façade. From this position, it remains clearly visible from the house, covered terraces, balconies and outdoor lounge areas. The pool combines a generous main section for swimming with a separate stepped area providing gradual access to the water. The wide steps make it possible to enter without a sudden change in depth, sit close to the water or cool down without immediately moving into the main pool.
Sunbathing areas with loungers are arranged on both sides of the pool, providing enough space for several family members and guests at the same time. Light stone paving creates a clean transition between the water, the villa’s terraces, the lawn and the separate garden pavilion. During the day, this area can be used for swimming, sunbathing and spending time together outdoors. The covered terrace allows adults to remain in the shade while overlooking the pool, while the pavilion at the far end of the garden provides a convenient setting for drinks, lunch or extended relaxation without repeatedly returning to the house.
The maintained lawn leaves generous open space around the pool and creates a natural separation from the villa’s main living areas. Tall hedges, cypress trees and palms screen the garden from neighbouring properties and preserve privacy throughout the outdoor area. From the pool and surrounding terraces, the view extends towards the villa’s main façade, the landscaped garden and the sea between the palm trees. The pool therefore functions not simply as a decorative feature, but as the central element of everyday outdoor life.
Private Wellness & Fitness Centre
The villa includes a private wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and a dedicated relaxation space. The pool is long enough for regular swimming and light exercise, while the wide surrounding floor area makes it easy to move safely between the water, sauna and seating zone. A stone feature wall with an integrated water element adds a calm visual focus, and the timber-finished sauna is positioned directly beside the pool for convenient use before or after swimming. Natural materials, warm lighting and restrained finishes give the space a quiet, private atmosphere rather than the character of a commercial spa.
The adjoining gym is fully equipped for both strength and cardiovascular training. It includes a power rack, adjustable benches, dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, a rowing machine and an air bike, allowing for complete individual workouts without leaving the house. Large mirrored walls make it easier to monitor technique and visually extend the room, while high-level windows bring in daylight without compromising privacy. The layout leaves sufficient open floor space for stretching, mobility work and bodyweight exercises, making the gym suitable for daily training as well as more intensive sessions.
Private Home Cinema
The villa includes a dedicated private cinema designed for comfortable film viewing in a quiet, fully enclosed setting. A large screen is positioned at the front of the room, with six individual lounge-style seats arranged in two rows. Each seat has a wide reclining surface and its own wooden side table, providing space for drinks, snacks or personal items without interrupting the viewing area.
Heavy floor-to-ceiling curtains, dark wall panelling and a thick fitted carpet help reduce reflections and create a more controlled atmosphere during screenings. Warm wall lights provide soft illumination before and after a film, while the darker palette keeps attention focused on the screen. The seating arrangement allows family members and guests to watch films, television, sporting events or children’s programmes together without using the villa’s main living rooms.
Private Office, Walk-In Wardrobe & Upper-Level Gallery
The villa includes a dedicated private office with a large curved wooden desk, wall-mounted shelving and a separate seating area beside the garden-facing windows. The room provides enough space for focused daily work, private meetings or reading, while the open shelving allows books, documents and personal objects to remain organised and accessible. Dark herringbone parquet flooring, light wall panelling and natural wood furniture give the office a calm residential character without making it feel overly formal.
The upper-level gallery is arranged around a sculptural staircase beneath a large skylight. Natural light reaches the central circulation area and continues into the adjoining corridors, while discreet wall lighting supports comfortable movement through the house in the evening. The wide landing and clear sightlines prevent this part of the villa from feeling like a narrow passage between rooms.
A separate walk-in wardrobe provides extensive storage through open hanging sections, shelves, drawers and long lower cabinets. Dark wood finishes and integrated linear lighting make clothing and accessories easy to see, while the full-height mirror and central upholstered stools create a practical dressing area. The layout allows personal belongings to remain organised and kept away from the main bedroom.
About Sierra Blanca
In the sections below, we share our local knowledge of Sierra Blanca — from the area’s character and security to international schools, restaurants, beaches, sports clubs, shopping, healthcare, transport links and the lifestyle that makes this one of Marbella’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods.
A Residential Area Designed for Living
The first thing we would like to point out is that Sierra Blanca is a true residential neighbourhood. This is not a tourist area with bars, restaurants, shops and constant traffic outside your windows. The atmosphere here is completely different.
In fact, you won’t even find a supermarket within the neighbourhood. There are no commercial properties, no crowds of people and no city noise. Sierra Blanca was created exclusively for comfortable, peaceful living.
The area is made up entirely of private villas, luxury residences and gated communities. Most residential complexes have their own private security, while the entire neighbourhood is protected as well. The entrances are equipped with security barriers and CCTV cameras, and the area is regularly patrolled by a professional security company. As a result, residents enjoy an exceptional level of privacy, comfort and security at any time of the day.
Another feature we would like to highlight is the location itself. Sierra Blanca sits directly at the foot of La Concha Mountain. The mountain acts as a natural protective barrier, creating a unique atmosphere by shielding the neighbourhood from the surrounding city, traffic, noise and external activity. At the same time, the elevated position allows most villas to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella and the Golden Mile.
There is one more thing that photographs simply cannot fully capture — the feeling of space. The streets are wide, the plots are generous, there are mature trees, colourful gardens and beautifully maintained green areas throughout the neighbourhood. There are relatively few homes, with plenty of distance between them, creating a real sense of privacy and tranquillity.
There is virtually no through traffic here. The roads are used almost exclusively by residents, their guests and service providers. As a result, Sierra Blanca remains quiet not only at night but throughout the day. Waking up to birds singing is simply part of everyday life here.
Over the years, we have visited and worked in virtually every premium residential area in Marbella. That is exactly why we have chosen to live in Sierra Blanca ourselves. It is difficult to single out just one reason. It is the combination of nature, security, privacy, panoramic views, exceptional homes and the people who live here that makes this neighbourhood truly special.
And perhaps the most valuable aspect is the community itself. Sierra Blanca is home to business owners, investors and families from across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and many other countries. For many homeowners, having the address Sierra Blanca, Marbella is not simply where they live — it reflects a certain standard of living. That is why Sierra Blanca has remained one of the most desirable residential addresses on the Costa del Sol for many years.
Education and International Schools in Sierra Blanca
Education and International Schools in Sierra Blanca
If your children’s education is important to you, this is another great reason to consider Sierra Blanca.
Just a short distance from the neighbourhood are two of Marbella’s most prestigious international schools — Swans International School and The British School of Marbella. Swans International School is approximately 500 metres away, while The British School of Marbella is about 750 metres away. By car, the journey takes only a few minutes.
For many of our clients, the proximity of these schools becomes one of the key reasons for choosing a villa in Sierra Blanca. Children spend very little time travelling to and from school, while parents can easily drop them off in the morning and quickly return home or continue with their day.
Over the years, we have helped many families who purchased villas through us with the admission process to these schools. We know how the admissions process works, what documents are required, how communication with the schools is organised, and what is important to prepare in advance.
If this is important for your family, simply send us a message on WhatsApp. Tell us a little about your situation and the ages of your children, and we will be happy to share our experience and help you get started.
Security and Privacy in Sierra Blanca
Security and Privacy in Sierra Blanca
If security is important to you, Sierra Blanca is one of those neighbourhoods that makes the right impression from the very first moment.
The entire neighbourhood is under continuous CCTV surveillance. Cameras monitor all entrances and exits, security vehicles patrol the area throughout the day, and the Marbella Police regularly drive through the neighbourhood as part of their routine patrols. Security here is not just a feature — it is part of everyday life.
Another important advantage is the privacy. Sierra Blanca is a residential neighbourhood with no tourist traffic, allowing residents to enjoy a peaceful, quiet and highly private environment.
Over the years, we have heard the same comment from many of our clients. Once they move to Sierra Blanca, they immediately notice a real sense of peace of mind. You return home knowing that privacy, security and comfort are not special privileges here — they are simply the standard.
In our opinion, it is this combination of security, privacy and tranquillity that makes Sierra Blanca one of the most comfortable places to live in Marbella.
Puerto Banús and Luxury Shopping Near Sierra Blanca
One of the greatest advantages of living in Sierra Blanca is its location.
In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach Puerto Banús — one of the most famous luxury destinations in Europe. Here you will find designer boutiques, flagship stores of the world’s leading fashion brands, luxury watch and jewellery boutiques, stylish cafés, beach clubs, fine dining restaurants and one of Spain’s most renowned department stores, El Corte Inglés, where you will also find one of the area’s best gourmet supermarkets.
Shopping in Puerto Banús is comfortable and convenient. Modern underground parking makes it easy to leave your car just a short walk from the boutiques, restaurants and marina, allowing you to enjoy the entire area on foot.
But Puerto Banús is much more than shopping. It is a place where people come to enjoy the atmosphere, walk along the marina, admire the yachts, meet friends for lunch, have dinner overlooking the harbour or simply spend a pleasant afternoon by the sea.
This is exactly what makes Sierra Blanca so special. You can enjoy complete peace, privacy and tranquillity at home, yet whenever you feel like experiencing the energy of Marbella, everything is just a few minutes away. After a day of shopping, lunch by the marina or an evening with friends, you can be back home in around ten minutes, surrounded once again by silence and nature.
In our opinion, this balance between privacy and lifestyle is one of Sierra Blanca’s greatest advantages. Very few places allow you to enjoy complete tranquillity at home while having one of Europe’s most vibrant luxury destinations practically on your doorstep.
Beaches Near Sierra Blanca
One of the things we appreciate most about Sierra Blanca is how quickly you can reach the beach. In just a few minutes, or approximately 2 kilometres from the neighbourhood, you arrive at one of our favourite beaches in Marbella, located next to Puerto Banús.
In our opinion, this is one of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. The beach is wide, the sand is soft and clean, there are no rocks, and the water is crystal clear for most of the year. It is the kind of beach where you can comfortably spend the entire day, whether you enjoy swimming, walking along the shore or simply relaxing by the sea.
What makes this location even more special is everything that surrounds it. Running alongside the beach is one of Marbella’s most beautiful promenades, with landscaped gardens, parks, children’s playgrounds, cycling and walking paths, and an outstanding selection of cafés, beach clubs and restaurants for every taste.
Just a few minutes away you will also find Puerto Banús, El Corte Inglés, luxury boutiques, supermarkets, cafés and everything you might need before or after spending time at the beach. Everything is within easy reach, without long drives or complicated parking.
There is another detail that we personally love. While relaxing on the beach, you can look up towards La Concha Mountain and see Sierra Blanca above the Golden Mile. It is a beautiful reminder that your home is only a few minutes away.
This is exactly what makes Sierra Blanca such a special place to live. You enjoy complete peace and privacy at home, while one of Marbella’s best beaches and all the lifestyle that comes with it are just around the corner.
Fine Dining and Michelin-Starred Restaurants Near Sierra Blanca
One of the many advantages of living in Sierra Blanca is having some of Marbella’s finest restaurants just a few minutes from your home.
Within a 10-minute drive, you can enjoy an exceptional selection of Michelin-starred restaurants, world-renowned chefs, elegant beachside dining, and some of the most exclusive culinary experiences on the Costa del Sol. Whether you are planning a relaxed lunch by the sea, a business dinner or a special evening with family and friends, everything is within easy reach.
The Golden Mile is home to some of Marbella’s most celebrated restaurants, including Leña, Lobito de Mar, Nobu Marbella, Sea Grill, Florentine and COYA Marbella. Just a few minutes further, you will also find Michelin-starred restaurants such as Skina, Messina, BACK and Nintai, all recognised for their outstanding cuisine and exceptional service.
This is another reason why we enjoy living in Sierra Blanca ourselves. You can spend the evening at one of Marbella’s best restaurants and be back home in complete peace and privacy just a few minutes later. In our opinion, very few places offer this combination of tranquillity, convenience and world-class lifestyle.
