Set amidst lush greenery at the foot of La Concha Mountain, this villa enjoys one of Marbella’s most iconic natural surroundings. The location provides breathtaking mountain views, a unique microclimate, and an atmosphere that is appreciated from the very first moment.

At the same time, Marbella’s Golden Mile, the city’s finest international schools, beaches, and Puerto Banús are all just a few minutes away by car.

The garden façade of the villa is centred around a generous swimming pool that forms the heart of the outdoor living area. The bright Mediterranean architecture, elegant tower, arched windows, and covered terraces create a timeless and refined appearance. Principal Facade

The principal façade showcases classic Mediterranean architecture with a tiled roof, elegant light-coloured finishes, decorative cornices, and softly contoured lines. The property is accessed through impressive wrought-iron entrance gates, while natural stone walls and mature landscaping create a private arrival experience. A spacious paved courtyard provides convenient access to both the residence and the garage while maintaining the privacy of the main living areas.

The main entrance is positioned on an elevated level and is approached via a wide brick staircase leading to a covered portico framed by elegant columns. Open terraces, decorative railings, natural stone detailing, and beautifully landscaped gardens with mature palms, sculpted trees, and flowering plants enhance the villa’s refined exterior. The split-level design of the plot clearly separates the entrance, driveway, garage, and landscaped gardens, creating both functionality and visual harmony.

Inside, the villa opens into an impressive double-height entrance hall filled with natural light from large windows. Cream-coloured natural stone flooring extends throughout the principal circulation areas, while a broad staircase with a solid timber handrail and wrought-iron balustrades connects the different levels of the home. The upper gallery overlooks the central entrance hall, creating a strong sense of space, light, and architectural balance while providing access to the villa’s private accommodation.

Living & Dining

The principal living room is a generous, light-filled space with high ceilings, natural stone flooring, and wide sliding doors opening onto the terrace and garden. The seating area is arranged around an impressive stone fireplace, while large windows bring in abundant daylight and create a sense of calm, openness, and genuine residential comfort.

The formal dining room is designed for both family gatherings and entertaining. A substantial dining table, decorative lighting, curated artwork, and direct access to the outdoor areas create an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The space feels refined and prestigious without becoming formal or impractical for everyday use.

The contemporary kitchen is finished in a light palette and features a large central island, integrated appliances, extensive work surfaces, and a separate breakfast area. Large windows and access to the garden make the room especially enjoyable throughout the day, while the open layout maintains a natural connection with the dining and living spaces.

Additional reception rooms provide different settings for relaxation, including an intimate television lounge, a bright family room, and a more private sitting area with panoramic windows. A grand piano, fireplace, carefully selected furnishings, and artwork give the interiors the character of a true private residence, where status is expressed through scale, quality, and atmosphere rather than excess.

Terraces

The villa features terraces on two levels, creating a seamless extension of the interior living spaces. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to outdoor living, offering generous lounge areas, an open-air dining space, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a bar, and a barbecue area. This thoughtful layout allows everyday life to naturally flow outdoors, making the most of Marbella’s exceptional climate throughout the year.

At the heart of the outdoor living area lies a large swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces, manicured lawns, and mature landscaped gardens. The covered terrace enjoys uninterrupted views across the pool and garden, allowing adults to relax or entertain guests while comfortably keeping an eye on children playing on the lawn or swimming nearby.

The upper floor offers a different experience, centred on privacy and tranquillity. Spacious terraces adjoining the bedrooms provide peaceful settings for a morning coffee, reading, or quiet relaxation throughout the day. They overlook the landscaped gardens, palm trees, La Concha Mountain, and the greenery of Sierra Blanca, creating a remarkable sense of seclusion despite being only minutes from Marbella’s finest amenities.

Each outdoor space has its own purpose: breakfast in the morning sun, family lunches under the covered terrace, evening barbecues with friends, afternoons by the pool, or quiet moments in a comfortable lounge overlooking the garden. Together, these spaces create a lifestyle where architecture, nature, and the Mediterranean climate become an integral part of everyday living.

Bedrooms

The principal bedroom has been designed as a true private suite, offering far more than a place to sleep. Separate areas for relaxation, reading, and morning coffee create a comfortable living environment, while full-height doors open onto a private terrace overlooking the gardens, palm trees, and the Mediterranean Sea. Large windows fill the room with natural daylight throughout the day, and the soft colour palette enhances the sense of tranquillity and privacy.

Each bedroom has its own distinctive character while maintaining the same exceptional standard of quality. High ceilings, natural stone flooring, premium fabrics, carefully designed lighting, and elegant furnishings create the atmosphere of a refined private residence. Many of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and direct access to outdoor terraces, ensuring comfort and privacy for both family members and guests.

The layout allows every resident to enjoy their own personal retreat. The principal suite comfortably accommodates not only a king-size bed but also dedicated seating areas for relaxation. Guest bedrooms are equally generous in size, with several enjoying beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, landscaped gardens, and the natural surroundings of Sierra Blanca. Waking up to morning sunlight and ending the day in complete tranquillity becomes part of everyday life.

All bedrooms share a common purpose: to provide a peaceful retreat after a busy day. They are designed not simply as sleeping quarters but as private living spaces where it is equally enjoyable to read, work quietly, spend time with family, or simply appreciate the views from the windows. It is this thoughtful approach that transforms the villa into a home people genuinely look forward to returning to every day.

Bathrooms

The principal bathroom has been designed as a true private spa, centred around a freestanding whirlpool bathtub set on an elegant raised platform. High ceilings, generous proportions, abundant natural light, and large windows create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, while natural marble and stone finishes reinforce the timeless elegance of the space. It is a room designed to make both the beginning and the end of each day feel effortlessly comfortable.

In addition to the spacious bathtub, the suite includes a separate walk-in shower, a double vanity with expansive mirrors, and extensive built-in storage. This thoughtful layout allows two people to use the bathroom comfortably at the same time, providing the level of convenience expected in a residence of this calibre.

All bathrooms throughout the villa follow the same architectural philosophy, combining natural stone, integrated lighting, contemporary sanitary ware, and warm neutral tones. Spacious walk-in showers, premium-quality finishes, and carefully designed lighting create interiors that are both highly functional and visually refined, offering the atmosphere of an exclusive five-star hotel.

Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance everyday comfort. Natural daylight, premium materials, generous layouts, and exceptional craftsmanship transform ordinary daily routines into moments of relaxation and well-being. These are the spaces that define a truly exceptional home, where luxury is expressed through quality, balance, and the experience of living.

Swimming Pool

The large outdoor swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the landscaped garden and serves as a natural extension of the villa’s outdoor living spaces. It is surrounded by generous sun terraces, manicured lawns, mature palm trees, cypress trees, and lush Mediterranean planting. Its thoughtful orientation allows the pool to enjoy sunshine throughout most of the day, while the surrounding greenery provides an exceptional sense of privacy.

From the pool and surrounding terraces, beautiful views extend towards La Concha Mountain, the landscaped gardens of Sierra Blanca, and the Mediterranean Sea. It is an ideal setting for spending an entire day outdoors—starting the morning with a swim, relaxing on a sun lounger beneath the Spanish sun, watching children play on the lawn, or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere as the evening light reflects across the water.

The layout has been designed to allow everyone to enjoy the outdoor spaces in their own way. While children swim or play in the garden, adults can relax in the lounge area, prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen, or entertain guests without losing sight of the pool. The house, terraces, garden, and swimming pool are all seamlessly connected, creating one harmonious outdoor living environment.

As evening falls, the atmosphere changes completely. Architectural lighting, reflections across the water, the silhouette of La Concha Mountain, and the surrounding tropical landscaping create the ambience of a private luxury resort. Thanks to Marbella’s exceptional climate, the pool and outdoor leisure areas become an integral part of everyday life, enjoyed not only during summer but also throughout spring, autumn, and on many sunny winter days.

Private Wellness & Fitness Centre

The private Wellness & Fitness Centre allows residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle without ever leaving the villa. A spacious heated indoor swimming pool provides the perfect setting for both leisurely swimming and daily exercise throughout the year. Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light while overlooking the landscaped gardens, creating a calm and highly private atmosphere.

The fitness area is equipped with cardio machines, strength-training equipment, free weights, and dedicated space for functional workouts, stretching, or yoga. A full mirrored wall enhances the sense of space, while the well-planned layout allows for comfortable independent training or sessions with a personal coach. Everything required for a complete workout is conveniently located just steps from the main living areas.

Natural stone finishes, warm architectural lighting, and a refined palette of neutral materials give the interiors the ambience of a contemporary luxury spa. It is an environment equally suited to an energising morning workout, a relaxing swim after work, or post-exercise recovery following a round of golf, a tennis match, or a day spent enjoying Marbella.

Having a private wellness centre transforms the villa into a truly self-sufficient residence. Residents can swim, train, recover, and maintain their daily routine without travelling to an external gym or spa. Spaces like these are no longer simply a luxury—they are an essential part of modern high-end living.

Private Home Cinema

The private home cinema offers an entirely different way to relax, available whenever you choose. The dedicated theatre room features a large projection screen, a multi-channel surround sound system, and deeply comfortable high-backed cinema seating, creating an immersive environment for films, live sporting events, television series, or gaming. Every evening has the potential to become a true cinema experience without ever leaving home.

The interior has been carefully designed to eliminate distractions and maximise comfort. Soft carpeting enhances both acoustics and comfort, adjustable LED ambient lighting allows the atmosphere to be tailored to every occasion, and the illuminated star-effect ceiling adds a distinctive touch that makes the room feel warm, intimate, and memorable. Every detail contributes to a genuine cinematic experience.

The cinema is equally suited to family movie nights, major sporting events, gaming sessions, or children’s entertainment. It provides a private setting where family and guests can enjoy exceptional picture quality, immersive sound, and complete comfort in an environment that no public cinema can offer.

A dedicated home theatre perfectly complements the villa’s lifestyle, where every space has been designed with a specific purpose. After an afternoon by the pool, a workout in the wellness centre, or dinner on the terrace, the day naturally concludes with a film enjoyed in complete privacy. It is details like these that elevate everyday living into something truly exceptional.

Private Comfort Spaces

The villa offers a collection of comfortable private spaces designed for everyday living. Spacious walk-in wardrobes provide elegant and practical storage, while bright, peaceful corners throughout the home are ideal for working, reading, watching television, or simply relaxing. These thoughtful details transform a large residence into a truly comfortable home.

Rooftop Terrace

The rooftop terrace is one of the villa’s most private and peaceful spaces, offering panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea, the valley, Marbella’s Golden Mile, and the surrounding mountains. Elevated above the rooftops, it provides an exceptional sense of openness, tranquillity, and endless blue skies. It is a place designed for moments when you simply want to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature.

The spacious terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for sunbathing in complete privacy, reading a book, relaxing after a swim, or welcoming the first rays of the morning sun. Its secluded position allows you to escape the pace of everyday life and fully embrace the peaceful atmosphere. Marbella’s mild climate makes this an inviting outdoor living space throughout most of the year.

Whether enjoying quiet time as a couple, spending quality moments with family, or gathering with a few close friends, the rooftop offers plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort. It is equally enjoyable for a morning coffee, an afternoon under the Mediterranean sun, or an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset over the coastline.

The atmosphere is enhanced by the elegant combination of white Mediterranean architecture, traditional terracotta roof tiles, open skies, and the surrounding palm trees. More than simply another terrace, the rooftop becomes a private outdoor retreat where spectacular views, complete privacy, and everyday comfort come together to create one of the villa’s most enjoyable living spaces.

Architectural Floor Plans

Every level of the villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort, privacy, and everyday functionality. The detailed architectural floor plans provide a clear understanding of room layouts, dimensions, functional areas, and the overall flow of the residence before your visit. They reveal not only the size of the property but also the careful planning behind every living space.

Our Assessment

After carefully analyzing the villa, its architecture, layout, location and construction quality, we conclude that this is a classic Marbella residence created during an era when luxury homes were designed primarily for the owners’ lifestyle rather than as products intended for resale.

A Villa Designed for Living

One of the property’s defining characteristics is that it was conceived as a private family residence rather than a commercial development.

The layout, room proportions, terraces, swimming pool, outdoor entertaining areas and private living spaces clearly reflect a home planned for everyday comfort instead of maximizing marketability.

Throughout the property, the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces feels natural and practical. The bedrooms provide excellent privacy, the social areas are designed for family life and entertaining, while nearly every room benefits from natural light and direct visual connections to the gardens or surrounding landscape.

Traditional Spanish Construction Quality

The villa represents classic Mediterranean architecture, widely regarded as one of Marbella’s most timeless residential styles.

Homes of this period were typically built with a strong emphasis on structural integrity, premium materials and long-term durability. Thick masonry walls, solid construction methods, natural finishes and careful craftsmanship create a level of substance that is increasingly uncommon in modern speculative developments.

For buyers who appreciate traditional Spanish architecture, this represents one of the property’s greatest strengths.

Architecture Designed Around the Climate

The positioning of the villa within the plot is particularly well considered.

The main living areas, terraces, swimming pool and outdoor spaces have been arranged to maximize sunlight, privacy and the surrounding scenery.

Many areas enjoy beautiful views towards La Concha mountain, the green valley of Sierra Blanca, mature Mediterranean gardens and the Golden Mile, while the property itself remains remarkably private.

This thoughtful orientation makes the villa exceptionally comfortable throughout spring, summer, autumn and much of the winter season.

One of Marbella’s Finest Microclimates

Sierra Blanca is widely recognised as one of the most desirable residential locations on the Costa del Sol.

Its proximity to La Concha mountain creates a unique microclimate. The mountain provides natural protection from the hot, dry winds arriving from inland Spain, while the Mediterranean Sea moderates temperatures and maintains comfortable air circulation throughout the year.

Combined with its elevated position, abundant greenery, peaceful environment and absence of through traffic, Sierra Blanca offers one of the finest living environments in Marbella.

Strong Value-Enhancement Potential

Although the villa is already in excellent condition and ready for immediate occupation, it also offers considerable scope for future enhancement.

A carefully planned renovation—including selected interior upgrades, new windows, doors, kitchen improvements, updated furnishings and modern technical systems—could preserve the villa’s original character while elevating it to today’s highest luxury standards.

In our opinion, such an investment would significantly enhance both the property’s market appeal and its long-term value.

Final Assessment

In our opinion, this property should be viewed not simply as a luxury villa, but as a genuine family estate created with a long-term vision.

It combines exceptional construction quality, thoughtful architecture, one of Marbella’s finest microclimates, excellent privacy, generous outdoor spaces and outstanding future potential.

For buyers seeking authentic quality, timeless architecture and lasting investment value rather than short-term trends, this villa represents a particularly compelling opportunity.

About Sierra Blanca

In the sections below, we share our local knowledge of Sierra Blanca — from the area’s character and security to international schools, restaurants, beaches, sports clubs, shopping, healthcare, transport links and the lifestyle that makes this one of Marbella’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods.

About Sierra Blanca

A Residential Area Designed for Living

The first thing we would like to point out is that Sierra Blanca is a true residential neighbourhood. This is not a tourist area with bars, restaurants, shops and constant traffic outside your windows. The atmosphere here is completely different.

In fact, you won’t even find a supermarket within the neighbourhood. There are no commercial properties, no crowds of people and no city noise. Sierra Blanca was created exclusively for comfortable, peaceful living.

The area is made up entirely of private villas, luxury residences and gated communities. Most residential complexes have their own private security, while the entire neighbourhood is protected as well. The entrances are equipped with security barriers and CCTV cameras, and the area is regularly patrolled by a professional security company. As a result, residents enjoy an exceptional level of privacy, comfort and security at any time of the day.

Another feature we would like to highlight is the location itself. Sierra Blanca sits directly at the foot of La Concha Mountain. The mountain acts as a natural protective barrier, creating a unique atmosphere by shielding the neighbourhood from the surrounding city, traffic, noise and external activity. At the same time, the elevated position allows most villas to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella and the Golden Mile.

There is one more thing that photographs simply cannot fully capture — the feeling of space. The streets are wide, the plots are generous, there are mature trees, colourful gardens and beautifully maintained green areas throughout the neighbourhood. There are relatively few homes, with plenty of distance between them, creating a real sense of privacy and tranquillity.

There is virtually no through traffic here. The roads are used almost exclusively by residents, their guests and service providers. As a result, Sierra Blanca remains quiet not only at night but throughout the day. Waking up to birds singing is simply part of everyday life here.

Over the years, we have visited and worked in virtually every premium residential area in Marbella. That is exactly why we have chosen to live in Sierra Blanca ourselves. It is difficult to single out just one reason. It is the combination of nature, security, privacy, panoramic views, exceptional homes and the people who live here that makes this neighbourhood truly special.

And perhaps the most valuable aspect is the community itself. Sierra Blanca is home to business owners, investors and families from across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and many other countries. For many homeowners, having the address Sierra Blanca, Marbella is not simply where they live — it reflects a certain standard of living. That is why Sierra Blanca has remained one of the most desirable residential addresses on the Costa del Sol for many years.

Education and International Schools in Sierra Blanca

Education and International Schools in Sierra Blanca

Education and International Schools in Sierra Blanca

If your children’s education is important to you, this is another great reason to consider Sierra Blanca.

Just a short distance from the neighbourhood are two of Marbella’s most prestigious international schools — Swans International School and The British School of Marbella. Swans International School is approximately 500 metres away, while The British School of Marbella is about 750 metres away. By car, the journey takes only a few minutes.

For many of our clients, the proximity of these schools becomes one of the key reasons for choosing a villa in Sierra Blanca. Children spend very little time travelling to and from school, while parents can easily drop them off in the morning and quickly return home or continue with their day.

Over the years, we have helped many families who purchased villas through us with the admission process to these schools. We know how the admissions process works, what documents are required, how communication with the schools is organised, and what is important to prepare in advance.

If this is important for your family, simply send us a message on WhatsApp. Tell us a little about your situation and the ages of your children, and we will be happy to share our experience and help you get started.

Security and Privacy in Sierra Blanca

Security and Privacy in Sierra Blanca

If security is important to you, Sierra Blanca is one of those neighbourhoods that makes the right impression from the very first moment.

The entire neighbourhood is under continuous CCTV surveillance. Cameras monitor all entrances and exits, security vehicles patrol the area throughout the day, and the Marbella Police regularly drive through the neighbourhood as part of their routine patrols. Security here is not just a feature — it is part of everyday life.

Another important advantage is the privacy. Sierra Blanca is a residential neighbourhood with no tourist traffic, allowing residents to enjoy a peaceful, quiet and highly private environment.

Over the years, we have heard the same comment from many of our clients. Once they move to Sierra Blanca, they immediately notice a real sense of peace of mind. You return home knowing that privacy, security and comfort are not special privileges here — they are simply the standard.

In our opinion, it is this combination of security, privacy and tranquillity that makes Sierra Blanca one of the most comfortable places to live in Marbella.

Puerto Banús and Luxury Shopping Near Sierra Blanca

One of the greatest advantages of living in Sierra Blanca is its location.

In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach Puerto Banús — one of the most famous luxury destinations in Europe. Here you will find designer boutiques, flagship stores of the world’s leading fashion brands, luxury watch and jewellery boutiques, stylish cafés, beach clubs, fine dining restaurants and one of Spain’s most renowned department stores, El Corte Inglés, where you will also find one of the area’s best gourmet supermarkets.

Shopping in Puerto Banús is comfortable and convenient. Modern underground parking makes it easy to leave your car just a short walk from the boutiques, restaurants and marina, allowing you to enjoy the entire area on foot.

But Puerto Banús is much more than shopping. It is a place where people come to enjoy the atmosphere, walk along the marina, admire the yachts, meet friends for lunch, have dinner overlooking the harbour or simply spend a pleasant afternoon by the sea.

This is exactly what makes Sierra Blanca so special. You can enjoy complete peace, privacy and tranquillity at home, yet whenever you feel like experiencing the energy of Marbella, everything is just a few minutes away. After a day of shopping, lunch by the marina or an evening with friends, you can be back home in around ten minutes, surrounded once again by silence and nature.

In our opinion, this balance between privacy and lifestyle is one of Sierra Blanca’s greatest advantages. Very few places allow you to enjoy complete tranquillity at home while having one of Europe’s most vibrant luxury destinations practically on your doorstep.

Beaches Near Sierra Blanca

Beaches Near Sierra Blanca

One of the things we appreciate most about Sierra Blanca is how quickly you can reach the beach. In just a few minutes, or approximately 2 kilometres from the neighbourhood, you arrive at one of our favourite beaches in Marbella, located next to Puerto Banús.

In our opinion, this is one of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. The beach is wide, the sand is soft and clean, there are no rocks, and the water is crystal clear for most of the year. It is the kind of beach where you can comfortably spend the entire day, whether you enjoy swimming, walking along the shore or simply relaxing by the sea.

What makes this location even more special is everything that surrounds it. Running alongside the beach is one of Marbella’s most beautiful promenades, with landscaped gardens, parks, children’s playgrounds, cycling and walking paths, and an outstanding selection of cafés, beach clubs and restaurants for every taste.

Just a few minutes away you will also find Puerto Banús, El Corte Inglés, luxury boutiques, supermarkets, cafés and everything you might need before or after spending time at the beach. Everything is within easy reach, without long drives or complicated parking.

There is another detail that we personally love. While relaxing on the beach, you can look up towards La Concha Mountain and see Sierra Blanca above the Golden Mile. It is a beautiful reminder that your home is only a few minutes away.

This is exactly what makes Sierra Blanca such a special place to live. You enjoy complete peace and privacy at home, while one of Marbella’s best beaches and all the lifestyle that comes with it are just around the corner.

Fine Dining and Michelin-Starred Restaurants Near Sierra Blanca

One of the many advantages of living in Sierra Blanca is having some of Marbella’s finest restaurants just a few minutes from your home.

Within a 10-minute drive, you can enjoy an exceptional selection of Michelin-starred restaurants, world-renowned chefs, elegant beachside dining, and some of the most exclusive culinary experiences on the Costa del Sol. Whether you are planning a relaxed lunch by the sea, a business dinner or a special evening with family and friends, everything is within easy reach.

The Golden Mile is home to some of Marbella’s most celebrated restaurants, including Leña, Lobito de Mar, Nobu Marbella, Sea Grill, Florentine and COYA Marbella. Just a few minutes further, you will also find Michelin-starred restaurants such as Skina, Messina, BACK and Nintai, all recognised for their outstanding cuisine and exceptional service.

This is another reason why we enjoy living in Sierra Blanca ourselves. You can spend the evening at one of Marbella’s best restaurants and be back home in complete peace and privacy just a few minutes later. In our opinion, very few places offer this combination of tranquillity, convenience and world-class lifestyle.
